Choose the case concept
An order, claim, ticket, invoice or customer journey may each represent a different case. The choice changes the process you see.
Normalize activities
Systems may record several codes for the same business activity or one code for very different events. Mapping needs documented rules.
Check timestamp meaning
Creation, start, completion and posting times are not interchangeable. Know what each event timestamp represents.
