This policy outlines how How Business Process Optimization Systems Work responds to claims of copyright infringement. As an informational site focused on guides and comparison reviews, we respect the rights of copyright owners and expect our users to do the same.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on this site in a way that violates applicable copyright laws, you may submit a notification in accordance with the DMCA. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide a clear and complete description of the copyrighted work and the material you believe infringes upon your rights. Your notification should include:

  • A detailed identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or exact location on the site where the infringing material appears
  • Your contact information for follow-up (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address)
  • A statement asserting you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Once we receive a properly formatted DMCA notice, we will review the claim promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe material removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This must contain:

  • Your identification of the removed material and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location
  • Your electronic or physical signature

We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant and may restore the content after the appropriate legal waiting period, unless otherwise instructed by a court.
